3. Booking and Payment
- Booking: To schedule a move, you must contact us via phone, email, or our website to request a moving estimate. We may require a deposit for certain types of moves.

- Arrive within the agreed-upon time frame, subject to reasonable delays.
6. Liability
- Damages: Waldo Movers is liable for damage to your property only if the damage was caused by our negligence. Our liability is limited to the total value of the damaged goods, up to the amount covered under our insurance policy.
- Exclusions: We are not liable for damages to fragile or perishable items unless these items were professionally packed by us.
- Force Majeure: We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, natural disasters, or other events deemed as “force majeure.”
7. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel or reschedule your move, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee.
- Refunds will be issued according to our refund policy, depending on the nature of the cancellation.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Alachua County, Florida.
